> **Cons**: Nothing, it does its job well. Once the process requested is done, the app can be deleted. If I would need it to verify my client's identity, I would use it for sure.

> **Pros**: It's apparant ease of use. However, I did not choose it but was told to use it by my property agent.

> **Cons**: Its apparant ease of use is a myth.  Poor navigation, poor instructions, poor programming. No direct support or line - you have to go to the company that sent you the link, and because they are not specialists they cannot even begin to help.

> Terrible. I live outside the UK but the app doesn't accept foreign post codes.  I was forced to give an address in the UK that is not mine\! So much for reliable identity verification. It has poor user instructions and has dreadful navigation. This is the worst app I have used for years.
