> **Pros**: I am sure that Enterprise Explorer gives us the opportunity to know and manage business processes. It allows the introduction of any person or company to know the processes and describe them through the tool. Interface suitable for the user, perpetuating the visual characteristics of Microsoft, which does not change.
> 
> **Cons**: To create processes of great complexity is quite short. It has no tools to take the processes beyond simply drawing them, does not allow group collaboration, only a basic design and without new features. User support is scarce, we have not had support or support.
