> **Pros**: I like that eesel is different compared to other AI models in a way that the content are exclusively related to the company documentation. I think it’s a nice way to find information without asking to colleagues or wasting time in searching through files.

> **Cons**: If the document is not well written , then eesel would have some trouble giving a correct output (but obviously this will depend on the document loaded and not eesel itself)
