> **Pros**: It manages all aspects of printing, reporting and monitoring. Does accurate network discovery, including USB attached printers.

> **Cons**: It is fairly complex to set up, especially if you seek accurate statistics and costs. You have to know your network topology well in order to optimize printing speeds.

> We have been using Pharos Cloud for few years and just a couple of months ago we implemented a second tenant. If setup correctly, it works very well allowing secure, follow me and direct printing. There are built in dashboards that are very useful if you want to track the usage and costs, but also the status of your printers. It will take a bit to set it up right and you have to know your network well, but once done it will just work, the only maintenance you have to do is add/remove users and printers. Support is also very responsive; they will diligently address your concerns/issues and follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the resolution.

> **Pros**: The workflow and ability to sort/filter is extremely useful. It's a clean interface that is easy for anyone to pick up and use.

> **Cons**: I'm not sure what is even possible to grab, but if we had the ability to have more information about why a device is failing when we go to manage it, it could be helpful when troubleshooting.

> Overall our experience has been very positive. The user management section has been a huge help to minimize one off incidents from being escalated to our team by allowing our helpdesk support access.
