All the RBTs at our clinic report the ease of use on their end in collecting data. They especially like the ability to move programs on the session sheet, select individual targets or programs. For the BCBAs, it is simple to create and add programs, and the live data collection feature makes the collection of IOA data simple and effective. Furthermore, for a clinic which initially started with self-billing, the ease of the platform to accomplish this task was amazing. Moreover, with switching to managed billing, Raven made the transition as seamless as possible. Additionally, it is appreciated for clinical notes to be in our control of customization to ensure that we are meeting standards with each payer, and for the feature of the data transferring directly to the session note at the end of the clients session. > > **Cons**: Some of the features are lacking on the BCBAs side of the platform for viewing and reporting on data when updating treatment plans. > > Overall, Raven Health has been a real value add to our clinic.
