We had hoped the platform would replace an agency and automate our PPC campaigns with minimal input, but instead our ACOS worsened and we were told after the fact that manual campaign management would still be required. As a small seller, this was neither cost-effective nor practical. After removing our stores and revoking access, Xnurta still insisted on charging another $500 for a month of service we could not use, pointing to contract terms rather than showing flexibility or customer focus.
