> CradleMRx is a cloud-based point-of-care data entry and management solution for home health agencies. It can also be customized to limit employee access to on-premises only. The solution offers Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) reporting, Home Health Resource Group (HHRG) analysis, payroll management, electronic billing, personnel license tracking and more.


CradleMRx enables clinicians to access a messaging system, MRxMail, to communicate with their colleagues. It also has a medication profile function that includes drug interaction information. The scheduling application allows administrators to assign tasks to clinicians and patient information, such as visit notes and vital signs can be documented using the system.


CradleMRx provides financial management features that allow users to post electronic remittance notices from any payer and billing staff can track insurance authorization. Users can also electronically submit claims to multiple payers, including Medicare, Medicaid and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs).

> **Pros**: Easy to use, a lot of functionality is available.  Statistical reports are useful for QAPI.  Easy to compare visit notes to see patient progression.  Tech support is quite responsive most of the time.

> **Cons**: Occasional glitches.  The PT notes are not very comprehensive and are not universally acceptable like that of competitors (Kinsser).  Biller has problems submitting claims to private insurance.

> I think they would do better with the right marketing for their product.  Most agencies are aware of their larger competitors, Cradle is mostly known in Houston but not elsewhere.

> **Pros**: This is used for Medicare Oasis documentation of current patients. The program is similar to other programs and is easy to use. I like the calendar and easy to add tasks and the various ways to look up info on active and inactive patients.

> **Cons**: Needing to change your password every 90 days. We should be able to re-use the password each time, even if it means verbally connecting with cradle IT person.
I would like dashboard more personally fit to each user
