# SSIS Data Flow Components for BigCommerce

> SSIS Data Flow Components for BigCommerce allows users to integrate BigCommerce data with other cloud applications and databases using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). The BigCommerce Source component supports SQL to retrieve data from BigCommerce. SQL statements are translated directly to BigCommerce API calls and executed on the BigCommerce side, while more complex queries have the necessary data queried from BigCommerce and processed locally. The component offers an editor that displays all available BigCommerce objects and fields, allowing users to build queries through a drag-and-drop interface. The BigCommerce Lookup component utilizes optimization techniques, checking multiple rows at once and caching results to optimize the number of round-trips to the server.

The BigCommerce Destination component enables users to load data into BigCommerce, supporting all types of DML operations, including Insert, Update, and Delete. This set of SSIS components allows users to build and automate integration solutions between BigCommerce and other data sources, streamlining ETL processes and data import/export tasks.
