Set each client's schedule and price once, and Tofu creates the individual visits and keeps them on a day and week calendar. Recurring work is built out for you instead of re-entered every time. Jobs and dispatch. Assign visits to specific techs and track each job from booked to done. The jobs list shows what's unscheduled, scheduled, or ready to invoice, along with the value of the open work. Tofu Team app. Techs get a separate app for iOS and Android with the day's visits. They close each one and can attach before and after photos, so the office can see what happened on site without calling around. Photos record who took them, the date and time, and the location. Estimates and price book. Build estimates on-site with line items, labor, and materials, and reuse a price book to keep pricing consistent. Estimates convert to invoices without re-entering anything. Invoicing and payments. Generate invoices from a job or on their own; for recurring clients Tofu drafts the month's invoices for you to review and send. Clients can pay online by card or ACH, and each invoice can be sent, shared, printed, or downloaded. You can also mark invoices paid manually. Client records. Each client keeps their own history – visits, photos, notes, and invoices – in one place, so the full record of the account is easy to find. Works in the field.
