That said, this has never really been a major issue because their support is excellent. They respond quickly and are usually able to get things set up or provide a solution very efficiently.

We've had a great experience using Happy Waiver. We primarily use it for event registration and media release waivers, and it has made both processes incredibly easy to manage. It's simple to set up, easy for participants to use and makes keeping registrations and waivers organized much more efficient.
