Permet de recruter sur les compétences ET les valeurs. propose au candidat un IKIGAI? une raison d'tre professionnelle ce qui est unique. Tout est dématérialisé ce qui est très pratique. Permet aussi de proposer un site marque employeur intuitif, et de s'intégrer aux différents SIRH existants.

> **Cons**: RAS car très simple a utiliser même STAND ALONE
