It is designed for teams that want to manage inquiries, bookings, rooms, resources, customer data, quotations and invoices in one coordinated workflow. Room occupancy and requested resources are documented centrally, giving administration, technical teams and other user groups a shared view of each event.

Customizable quote, invoice and email templates reduce repetitive work. It can generate e-invoices as XML or ZUGFeRD/Factur-X, send automatic reminders for open quotes, integrate inquiry forms and calendars with a venue website, and publish public events online.

my-venue runs in a browser and is optimized for smartphones and tablets; it is not a native mobile app. Daily encrypted backups and automatic updates are included. Support is available by email and phone, with in-person and live online training, documentation and videos. Optional add-ons include self-hosting, extended service levels, SAP ERP integration, custom development and custom APIs.
