Kiriaki has a vast knowledge of Tourmie and has been able to answer and assist me with everything I have needed to get set up. Our short term rental business was using Touch stay prior to switching over to Tourmie and I am finding Tourmie so much better. Whilst Touch stay does offer more flexibility with personalising the brand look of you company I have found that Tourmie offers far more features, such as automatically personalised guide books for each guest, a guest portal where guests can see any special requests they have ordered, a detailed breakdown of customer information and booking details and more.
