When I do phone training, I'm able to train the user while doing other tasks. That's how well I know the system with how our district uses it. I'm also impressed by the amazing customer service that rSchoolToday, especially \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has provided us for the past eight years. They have been able to customize our invoicing process to talk to our PeopleSoft system. > > **Cons**: Wow, this is going to be hard. I would have to say that prior to their Global cancellations, that would have been a con, but they were able to roll this out recently. I haven't used it yet, but it will be very helpful when we have school closures. > > The overall experience has been wonderful. I don't have any complaints. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the IT team have always been on the ball and quick to answer and trouble shoot anything I've thrown their way. We rely on this program for all our calender and rental activities, it does the scheduling, electronic contracts, billing and everything you need to run a full-scale operation.
