Inyxa showed a great knowledge and understanding of our Oracle processes and did an excellent job managing the project and issue mitigation, while providing technical support related to our implementation. > > **Cons**: We have uncovered many issues within our existing processes. A suggestion to Inyxa would be to provide fair warning that their product will bring those issues to light in very short order. That being said, Inyxa has helped us identify where we may have fallen short in some of our internal SOP's. > > We engaged Inyxa because we were looking streamline our order pick, pack and ship process and needed help with inventory optimization within our 3 distribution facilities. Their expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite and supply chain solutions was very apparent right from the beginning.
