Customer support has been outstanding, whenever I run into an issue, support responds quickly and works hard to fix it. \[sensitive content hidden\] has also been very receptive to feedback and willing to customize features to better fit my business, which has made a huge difference. > > **Cons**: There are still quite a few small bugs and glitches that affect the experience, especially for clients. I regularly hear that the app can be confusing or difficult to use, and many of those frustrations seem to come from things not working consistently.
