Communication around known system issues we often find this out from our colleagues rather than us being able to be proactive in communicating these and when raised with Dynamic they advise they know about it but chose not to advise customers Following updates testing does feel a little sparse and we end up finding out issues and reporting them once the system has been turned back on Systems can lack flexibility at times which may be linked to it being a Moodle > > At times challenging in regard to our relationship although this does seem to ahve improved recently. Senior levels at Dynamic can get defensive about feedback that they do not see as positive rather than hearing the issues and working with their customers to find a solution. We often find anything that we feedback on is met with a response that leads to it being something we have or haven't done. Both learners and administrators can navigate the system with ease, making it simple to access learning content, manage training, and track progress. The reporting functionality is another standout feature. We can easily report on course completions, accreditations, compliance, and many other areas. The management dashboard provides excellent visibility of organisational compliance, and features such as the appraisal feature, custom reporting, and course settings reports are extremely valuable. It is easy to build customised reports for groups of colleagues or individual users, making reporting both efficient and effective. The support team is also excellent when dealing with bugs or issues. They investigate all reported issues thoroughly, provide regular updates, explain any limitations clearly, and offer workarounds where possible. Resolutions are always provided in a timely manner with clear instructions and ongoing support. > > **Cons**: One improvement I would like to see is the ability for administrators to remove course completions that have been uploaded in error. Currently, we need to contact the support team to complete this task for us. While \[sensitive content hidden\] , and the wider support team are always incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive when assisting with these requests, having this functionality available directly within the system would save time effort for the support team and us and provide greater flexibility. I would also like to see improvements to the navigation and layout of the Learning Plans feature. If we have any suggestions on how the system can be improved, the team always make note of the suggestions and add it to their list to discuss. Customer support from Dynamic is amazing and they are always around to support and assist when ever we need them. > > **Cons**: The only thing which we dislike is the search function since the Moodle upgrade. The functionality within the system is amazing and is 100% reliable with updates implemented regularly with the team have done checks on prior to the push out. The view of the LMS is so clean and professional looking for both admins of the system and students. The LMS is very easy to use and navigate around for both admins of the system and students.
