After several months we started noticing that we would send emails to support and instead of responding quicky it started taking days to get responses form their support team. We were having delays getting the things setup in our account we had asked for, then we started noticing that our imported data was imported incorrectly missing, rates, missing equipment, partial loads were imported as LTL loads, quotes were missing, just a lot of botched data. We tried reaching out to \[sensitive content hidden\] several time but were not getting ahold of anyone. So, after that we did some research online we seen reports of issues with management internally and that they had taken on some larger customers that hindered their support staff. We finally got a little more aggressive in our attempt to get ahold of support, management, or the \[sensitive content hidden\] and we finally were told that they had indeed taken on a large Enterprise customer that has consumed all of their support staff and they would not be able to work on any of our build outs or fix our data import for another 2-3 months as they did not have the support staff to handle our requests any longer basically leaving our small business left to deal with the issues. The \[sensitive content hidden\] is not a business person and does not know how to prioritize his employees time when dealing with customers, but the fact that they took on a hug enterprise customer in turn leaving all of their existing customers to have to beg and please to get help is a big concern for our business so we will be leaving Mvmnt in the coming weeks. What they just showed everyone is the smaller businesses using their system mean nothing to them they are interested in Enterprise large customers only so they are only driven by Money and not having a good product that has a good support team.
