I'm already using the platform for my bookkeeping and accounting, so using them for Payroll was a no brainer. It's cost effective and is easy to use. The online component, Workforce, for my employees, allows them to look up their own pay stubs. > > **Cons**: There are very few cons with QuickBooks Payroll. The two issues I've had are the service being down and paychecks not hitting on time. These are two very serious issues but in the decade plus I've been using them, this has only happened maybe 2 or 3 times.
