We have a smooth experience even for our field team. This has made a huge difference and makes us look more professional towards our customers, during service-related calls or important follow-up.

Making a detailed dashboard or reporting would be useful to identify what's falling short, what's working, and tracking follow-ups over time across locations, which makes tackling performance and making decisions challenging.
