> **Pros**: What I liked most is that Initia Risk feels genuinely practitioner-built. It is structured enough to support proper GRC discipline, but still intuitive and accessible for first-line users.&#10;&#10;The control mapping, evidence management, action tracking and in-platform reporting are particularly strong, as they bring the key parts of a live risk and compliance operating model together in one place.
