We had abandoned a spreadsheet and a Jira-project pipeline before this. Mria stuck because it lives where we already work. Setup took a few hours. We imported our contacts and deal history, set up our pipeline stages, and added our own custom fields within a week. No IT, no consultant. It is also sized for a small team, with the entities we actually need and none of the enterprise machinery. Support is excellent: I sent feedback through the in-app form and heard back from one of the co-founders. > > **Cons**: Very little. It is intentionally lightweight, so if you want heavy forecasting or quota management, it is not built for that yet. For a team our size that is a feature rather than a flaw. A dedicated 1-5 user pricing tier would help very small teams, though the team was genuinely flexible with us on pricing when we raised it. > > Sales was the last part of our agency still running outside a system, and Mria fixed that. Pipeline visibility is no longer only in my head, follow-ups have owners and due dates, and the commercial record sits beside the delivery work in the same Jira. Most CRMs stop at closed-won. For a services business that is where the work begins, and having both in one place has changed how we plan capacity.
