> techOMS is an order management platform designed for third-party logistics providers. It connects warehouse management systems with customers' sales channels, helping warehouses manage order workflows and fulfillment processes across multiple distribution centers and customer accounts.

The platform includes dynamic order routing, which directs orders to fulfillment locations based on factors such as transit time, inventory levels, costs, and sales channel requirements. Automated product substitution selects alternative items when stock is unavailable to maintain order fulfillment. A rules engine allows for detailed automated decision-making, while reference mapping enables field customization between sales channels and warehouse systems without coding. The system supports data exchange in formats such as API, EDI, CSV, XML, Excel, and PDF.

An analytics module provides dashboards to monitor metrics such as order values, fulfillment efficiency, shipping costs, backorders, and inventory accuracy. Real-time inventory synchronization helps allocate stock across the fulfillment network. Additional features include kitting for bundling multi-SKU orders and automated issue detection with alerts to reduce errors.
