It digitalizes the entire lifecycle of the SDS your company actually receives from its suppliers, for the products you really purchase and use, and turns them into a structured, searchable archive you can govern. Data is automatically extracted from SDS PDFs in more than 30 languages and centralized in a single repository, organized by company, site, department or any business criterion. Current and historical versions are kept together, with version-to-version PDF comparison and a complete history. Approval workflows are tailored to your own process and configured with you during implementation: roles, steps and notifications guide new and revised SDS, with an audit trail that makes the process auditable. Substances in your SDS and mixtures are cross-checked against public regulatory lists, California Proposition 65 and any private or sector-specific watchlist defined by your company, which simplifies the identification of hazardous substances. Alerts and periodic reports highlight new entries and changes tied to new products or regulatory updates, and chemical classification (ranking) tools rank substances and products by hazard. Supplier Collaboration structures and tracks the documentary relationship with your supply chain. Requests to suppliers and manufacturers are recorded with their status and full history, and suppliers can be given access without creating an account. Nonconformities found in an SDS are reported to the supplier and the related communication and documentation are retained with the document, supporting the record-keeping of supply chain communication required by REACH art. 36. Declarations of conformity on the products supplied are collected from suppliers in structured form. SDS Search \& Load identifies the Safety Data Sheets that are missing or superseded in your archive according to criteria you set, opens single or bulk requests to suppliers and manufacturers, manages follow-ups and tracks each request through to the filing of the updated document. It can be used directly by your own team or delegated to ours, and every step remains traceable either way. The integrated SDS-Viewer gives all personnel access to the approved, in-use SDS. It is browser-based, works on desktop and mobile and is available in kiosk mode, so SDS can be consulted from smartphones and tablets on site, with no app to install. SDS-Delivery covers the opposite direction. For manufacturers and distributors who send their own Safety Data Sheets to customers, it supports the documented distribution of SDS with reminders and proof of receipt, in support of REACH art. 31 obligations. It can be used together with the SDS archive or on its own, by companies whose need is downstream delivery only. SDS-FullService offers a multilingual interface, SSO and integrations via REST APIs and Web Services, enabling bidirectional queries and updates with your existing systems. Nella mia esperienza ho provato diverse soluzioni e SDS-FullService mi ha colpito da subito poiché la gestione delle SDS e delle informazioni contenute è davvero l'obiettivo principale del software, e non un pacchetto secondario (con input manuale) di piattaforme HSE più complesse. Il software è di facile utilizzo e permette di avere sempre sotto controllo i prodotti in uso in stabilimento, nonché di reperire subito documenti e valutazioni eseguite.
