> FileFeed is built for implementation and onboarding teams at B2B software companies whose clients send data as files. If your customers export an employee roster, a student list, a price list or an eligibility file from their own system and send it to you every night or every month, FileFeed takes that work off your team.

Each client gets its own hosted SFTP folder, a dedicated email address, or a connection to the SFTP server they already run. When their first file arrives, FileFeed suggests how their columns match your schema. Your team reviews the suggestion, adds simple cleanups such as trimming spaces or formatting emails and numbers, and approves it once. From then on every file from that client is picked up, checked row by row and delivered to your product as clean JSON. Rows with problems are held back and listed with the reason, so nothing broken slips into your system.

Why teams choose it: a new client can be onboarded in an afternoon without an engineer writing a custom parser, mistakes are caught before they reach production, and a wrong mapping can be fixed and the file reprocessed without asking the client to send it again. You can also invite a client into your workspace with access limited to their own connections, so they can see their file history themselves.
