LRA Plus

LRA Plus is an AI-enabled platform for streamlining lightning risk assessments and delivers standards-compliant evaluations. On the platform, users can run risk assessments for individual buildings or multi-structure projects. The tool supports global standards, including IEC 62305 (2010 and 2024 versions) and NFPA 780 (2023). LRA Plus allows users to import CAD files and carry out graphical calculations. It supports automated project intake forms and automates lightning-risk calculations. Through integration with real-time lightning-strike data, including flash density and strike-point density metrics, the platform produces up-to-date risk assessments. An AI-enabled assistant guides users through the process. It facilitates data entry with the relevant standard, explains calculation logic and can provide real-time recommendations for lightning protection. Once the model is set up with project, location and structure details, LRA Plus generates editable reports which are compliant with industry standards. The platform also offers client and project management capabilities, centralized dashboards, support for team collaboration (role-based access, peer reviewers) and management of multiple projects and clients on one platform. It offers full lightning risk assessment studies, access to historical lightning data via “Integrated Strike Reports” and more.
