Here is how it works. You build a request once: documents to upload, questions to answer, checklists to work through, terms to sign. Each person gets their own link. They open it on their phone, do their part, and submit. No account, no password, nothing to download.

What happens next is what separates WorkZerk from a form builder. Every answer and every file lands on that person's permanent contact record, not in a pile of form responses. Six months later you open one contact and see what they sent, when they sent it, which version of your terms they accepted, and what has since gone out of date.

Documents that expire carry a date, and WorkZerk does the chasing. It follows up before the expiry, again after it lapses, and again if you reject a file and nothing replaces it. You set the schedule, stack reminders at 30, 14 and 3 days if you want an escalating ladder, and it stops the moment the document is replaced. Expired insurance is the kind of thing that costs real money, and this is the part of the product that quietly prevents it.

You review everything in one place. Approve it, or send it back with a reason so the person knows exactly what to fix.
