# Trippy – Travel & Expense Management for SAP SuccessFactors

> Trippy is designed for HR, payroll and finance teams in medium and large organisations using SAP SuccessFactors that want to manage business travel and employee expenses without disconnected forms, spreadsheets and email approvals.
Employees can create domestic and international trip requests, enter routes, dates, accommodation, transport and advance payments, and submit them through a configurable approval workflow. After the trip, they complete a claim with actual expenses, supporting documents, per diems, travel allowances and cost allocation. Standalone employee expenses can also be submitted without an associated business trip.
Approvers receive the information needed to approve, return, reject or delegate each request. Finance and payroll teams can review amounts, currencies, documents, cost centres, orders and projects in one place. Trippy also supports private vehicle reimbursements, corporate payment cards and an audit trail of approval and financial operations.
After approval, eight integration endpoints prepare the data for downstream financial processing. Employees can select reimbursement through payroll or by bank transfer outside the payroll closing cycle, according to the options enabled by their organisation.
