> **Pros**: Lo que más nos ha gustado es que resulta muy fácil de usar tanto para los empleados como para los responsables de la empresa. El fichaje, la gestión de vacaciones y las solicitudes de corrección son bastante intuitivos, y desde administración se puede consultar rápidamente la información de horas trabajadas, ausencias y saldos.

También valoramos especialmente el acompañamiento del equipo de soporte. Cuando hemos tenido alguna duda o hemos necesitado adaptar una configuración, la respuesta ha sido rápida y cercana.

> **Cons**: Al principio tuvimos que dedicar algo de tiempo a configurar correctamente los horarios, calendarios y políticas de la empresa. No es especialmente complicado, pero conviene hacerlo con calma para que después los informes reflejen exactamente lo que necesitas.

También hay algunas funciones avanzadas que no utilizamos en el día a día y que requieren familiarizarse un poco con la plataforma.
