> Caladeo is a vertical SaaS platform built for travel agencies, tour operators and destination management companies. It covers the full commercial and operational cycle in a single database, from the first client request through to the travel booklet removing the need to move data between scattered tools (e.g., a CRM, a spreadsheet, a quote design tool, an accounting tool).

Sales and CRM
Contacts and clients are centralised in one record system. A visual, configurable pipeline tracks every project from enquiry to signature, with task management, automated reminders and a real-time operational dashboard.

Itineraries and quotes
The quote builder assembles tailor-made trips from a reusable catalog of suppliers, services and steps. 
Budgeting is automatic, with margin calculation, pricing displayed as simple, detailed or by participant base, and multi-currency support. Quotes are produced as interactive web pages or PDFs in the agency's own branding, and can be duplicated and re-budgeted in a few clicks.

Operations and groups
Once a quote is accepted, the project becomes a trip and the production module takes over: booking status for every supplier service, participant lists, rooming lists, pickups, vouchers and travel booklets. Several projects can be attached to a single group departure, which covers the group tours model used by group specialists.

Finance
Client and supplier invoicing, deposits and balances, payment and cash tracking, financial dashboards and forecasts. The margin VAT scheme is handled natively, alongside multi-country and multi-currency operations, without spreadsheet workarounds or a paid add-on. Financial history can be analysed by client, destination, theme or period.

Built-in AI
AI assists project follow-up, generates quotes from a brief and translates them for international clients. AI credits are included with every plan and pooled at agency level.

Customisation and security
Interface and documents carry the agency's branding. Custom fields adapt the platform to each organisation, and roles and permissions control what each user can see, edit or approve. Hosting is in the European Union and the platform is GDPR compliant, with daily backups.

Caladeo runs in French, English, Spanish and Romanian from a single codebase. Every subscription includes launch support, configuration, data import templates and a training session.
