> HandwerkPro is made for small trade businesses in Germany that still write quotes and invoices in Word or Excel in the evening: electricians, plumbers, painters, carpenters, tilers and other trades, from the one-person business to a small team.

A typical day: you send a quote, the customer signs it on their phone via a link, and with one click it becomes the invoice. On site you record working hours in the Android app, even without a network connection, and later transfer them to the invoice. If a customer does not pay, payment reminders follow in stages. For your tax advisor there is a DATEV export and a separate login. For business customers you can create e-invoices as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD in the browser.

What else is included: progress and final invoices, recurring invoices, delivery notes and credit notes, work reports with photos and customer signature, defect management, expenses with receipt photos, income statement (EÜR), business evaluation (BWA) and the VAT return as an XML file for import into ELSTER. Invoices are locked after sending, corrections run via a cancellation credit note, numbers are gapless, changes are logged and everything is archived for 10 years.

Pricing is simple: PRO costs EUR 9.99 per month for one user. BUSINESS costs EUR 19.99 per month and adds the AI assistant (for example a quote from a photo), unlimited employees and teams, mileage log, maintenance contracts, balance sheet and depreciation. These are final prices without VAT added. You can test everything for 30 days without payment details; the trial ends by itself and does not turn into a subscription.

Support is provided by email, directly by the developer. Data is stored on the provider's own server in Germany and can be exported completely at any time. HandwerkPro works in the browser and as an Android app; on an iPhone it runs in the browser.
