The closest I found was RunLoyal, but they require credit card processing through Fiserv, which comes with added monthly fees—even though I don’t accept credit cards. That alone made it a poor fit for my business.&#10;&#10;I was honestly stuck until I came across Book’n Buddy, and I’m so glad I did.&#10;&#10;Jacek has been incredible to work with. He’s responsive, open to feedback, and has gone above and beyond to make adjustments so the platform works exactly how I need it to. It’s rare to find that level of support, especially with software.&#10;&#10;Even though Book’n Buddy is still growing, it’s improving rapidly. Updates and new features are being rolled out consistently, and you can tell there’s real intention behind making it better for users.&#10;&#10;Functionality-wise, it already competes with bigger platforms like RunLoyal and others in the space—but at a fraction of the cost. The pricing alone is a huge win, especially for small business owners who don’t want to be locked into expensive systems or forced payment processing.&#10;&#10;Overall, I’m extremely happy I made the switch and excited to see how the platform continues to evolve.
