Its standout strengths are the seamless bank synchronization and third-party integrations, which have significantly reduced manual data entry, eliminated duplicate work, and streamlined our accounting processes. As we begin implementing payroll, I'm especially excited about the integrated employee mobile app, which allows staff to clock in and out without requiring a separate timekeeping application. This creates a seamless payroll process while also giving ministry leaders the ability to view their budgets directly from their mobile devices. Another feature I greatly appreciate is that Grain is true fund accounting software and is fully GAAP compliant. > > **Cons**: If I had to identify a downside, it would simply be that the software is so feature-rich that it takes time to learn everything it offers.
