Belt scales provide gravimetric mass flow data for real-time yield calculations. RGB cameras analyze color and texture to identify surface contamination. The ρ-FusionCore engine integrates these data streams using advanced algorithms to generate a detailed material profile, including composition, density, contamination probability, and melt value index.&#10;&#10;The system also produces lot-level traceability data and calculates carbon emissions using GHG Protocol Scope 3 methodology. It operates on the ρ-Syntiqs industrial edge device, which is housed in an IP-rated enclosure for protection against dust and vibration in demanding environments. AI outputs include explainability values to show how sensor data contributed to results. The platform supports air-gapped configurations and provides PLC-ready outputs for integration with industrial control systems.
