Web-based and optimized for mobile, the solution can be accessed on any device. Churchteams' architecture is based on group membership. When a new member is added to the system, that person is assigned to one or more groups defined by the administrator—for example, small group leader, ministry team, Sunday school, event volunteer and home group. That person then receives emails and texts sent to that group. Churchteams also enables church leaders to collect custom member attributes—birth dates, interests and class attendance, for example—as well as take pastoral and coaching notes and prayer requests. This data is then used to track assimilation, create reports and maintain complete profiles.
