> I have been using Continuity, now MortgageHalo, since 2013, and it has been a foundational part of building the mortgage operation at First State Bank.&#10;&#10;What separates MortgageHalo from every other platform I evaluated is the depth of its reach across an organization. We did not limit it to the mortgage department. We expanded the platform to our branch managers, allowing them to strengthen and maintain customer relationships through the same system. That level of flexibility and integration across a bank’s structure is rare and speaks to how thoughtfully the platform was designed.&#10;&#10;The automated relationship marketing works consistently in the background, keeping our lenders and branch teams engaged with clients and referral partners without creating additional administrative burden.
