Who is it for
Clubs and academies from around fifty players to over a thousand, across football, futsal, basketball, handball, volleyball, rugby, hockey, water polo and baseball. Most are run by volunteers or by two or three paid staff, and they are not shopping for enterprise software. They want the admin work to stop eating their evenings. More than 200 clubs and 5,000 players use Sphaira today.

What makes it different
Fees collect themselves. Families pay by card or bank transfer, reminders and retries run automatically, and the board sees in real time who has paid and who has not. The weekly ritual of matching bank transfers against a spreadsheet disappears.

Coaches actually use it. Next to the admin side there is a tactical whiteboard, a drill library, attendance, video analysis and live match tracking from a phone. That matters more than it sounds: club data only stays current if coaches open the app, and they open it because it helps them coach.

The club stops depending on one person. When rosters, payment history and communications live on one volunteer's laptop, the club loses all of it the day that volunteer walks away. Here it belongs to the club.

Pricing is per player rather than per club, so a club with 60 players is not charged like one with 600. There is a permanently free plan with no cap on players, where a small fee is added to the players payments.

Support
Support is by email and WhatsApp with a reply within 24 hours, in the club's own language: the platform and the team work in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Catalan, Galician and Chinese. Clubs can also raise questions and requests from inside the platform. If a club is arriving from another tool or from spreadsheets, our team helps migrate the data, and most clubs are set up and running within a day.
