# ITOC360

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/547227/ITOC360

> ITOC360 is an AI-powered incident management platform designed to streamline the process of handling incidents, from initial alert to resolution. It helps route and escalate incidents to the appropriate engineer in real time. The platform is used by DevOps teams, site reliability engineers, and infrastructure operations managers to detect, route, and resolve incidents efficiently while minimizing potential customer impact.

The platform includes AI-powered alert correlation, which reduces alert noise by grouping duplicate alerts into single incidents. This is achieved using machine learning models that analyze labels, resources, and timestamps. The on-call scheduling system offers timezone-aware rotations, drag-and-drop calendars, and flexible overrides. Alerts are delivered through various channels, including voice calls, SMS, push notifications, and Slack. Multi-stage escalation policies ensure alerts are routed to the appropriate engineer and escalated to secondary responders if necessary. The IncidentOps Central dashboard provides a centralized view of active incidents, responders, and auto-remediation triggers.

The platform supports notifications through multiple channels, such as voice calls, SMS, push alerts, email, and custom webhooks. It also includes ChatOps functionality, enabling teams to manage incidents directly from communication tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams using interactive buttons for acknowledgment and escalation.

## Reviews

### "My overall experience with ITOC360 has been very positive." — 5.0/5

> **sevval** | *11 September 2026* | Computer & Network Security | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: What I liked most about ITOC360 is how effectively it organizes complex technical processes into a clear, accessible interface. Its practical structure speeds up daily tasks and significantly reduces operational load, saving valuable time.
>
> **Cons**: The initial onboarding curve could be a bit smoother, and certain advanced settings would benefit from a slightly more intuitive UI. It takes a brief period to get fully comfortable with, though it doesn't hinder core functionality once set up.
>
> My overall experience with ITOC360 has been very positive. The platform consistently meets expectations by delivering stability and efficiency. Aside from minor interface polish, it helps keep operations highly organized and reliable.

### "Finally have the data to prove where the team is struggling" — 5.0/5

> **Harper** | *25 September 2026* | Computer Networking | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Finally have raw data on team burnout and actual MTTR. makes it so much easier to justify tech debt sprints to execs instead of just using gut feel
>
> **Cons**: export analytics charts to decks looks pretty good tbh, taking manual screenshots is easier.i think it will be good if fixed.
>
> Cut our response times by almost half. huge ROI, mostly cuz we stopped paying for heavy ITSM platforms we only used some of.

### "Flawless Alert Management" — 5.0/5

> **Dakota** | *18 September 2026* | Computer Networking | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The correlation is probably the main reason we moved to ITOC360. We were getting a lot of duplicate alerts from different parts of the stack, and it was hard to tell when something was actually a new incident. Having related alerts grouped together has made the on-call experience much more manageable. We connected it to Prometheus and Datadog pretty quickly without changing how we monitor our services.
>
> **Cons**: we had to spend a considerable amount of time and effort figuring out exactly how we wanted certain system alerts to be categorized and grouped together to ensure that our operations center would run smoothly without being overwhelmed by unnecessary notifications
>
> We run on-call for an 8 people team and the biggest improvement has been getting fewer pages that don't require immediate action. it has made a noticeable difference to alert fatigue.

### "Reliable alerting and escalation workflows that make busy on-call periods much easier to handle with confidence" — 5.0/5

> **Logan** | *21 September 2026* | Computer Hardware | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: We have periods where alert volume goes up dramatically, especially around major campaigns. What I like is that I don't have to rely on someone noticing a slack message. If the primary person doesn't acknowledge the incident, it moves through the escalation policy automatically. We use push notifications, SMS and phone escalation, and having the backup path built in gives me a lot more confidence during busy periods.
>
> **Cons**: Escalation policies can take a little time to get used to at first, especially when setting up more complex paths, but once configured they work reliably.
>
> I care less about how nice the dashboard looks and more about whether someone actually gets the page at 3am. So far, that's been one of the stronger parts of ITOC360 for us.
