# Daywatch

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/547771/Daywatch

> Daywatch is an AI-powered shift scheduling platform designed to create conflict-free work schedules using advanced mathematical constraint solving. It is suited for industries with complex staffing needs, such as healthcare facilities managing clinical rotations, security companies coordinating site coverage, manufacturing operations with multiple production shifts, and retail businesses organizing weekly rosters. The platform helps balance employee availability, role requirements, and regulatory compliance.

The system converts operational rules written in plain language into mathematical constraints, accounting for worker preferences, role limitations, and fatigue regulations. It identifies scheduling bottlenecks by analyzing shifts with limited eligible candidates and assigns shifts while ensuring equitable workload distribution. A worker availability portal allows staff to submit preferences and availability directly into the system. An insights dashboard highlights coverage gaps and unresponsive workers, helping managers address scheduling decisions that require manual input.

The platform includes compliance features with labor law presets for various jurisdictions, automatically enforcing rules for fatigue, rest periods, and certification requirements. It supports multi-role workforce management by matching workers to shifts based on certifications and skills. The software offers GDPR-compliant data handling and an on-premise deployment option for organizations with strict data security needs. It generates publish-ready schedules for large numbers of shifts in seconds, automating a process that typically requires significant manual effort.

Whether you are managing a small core team or coordinating hundreds of dynamic shifts, our plans ensure you only pay for the capacity you actually need.

Pricing Tiers Tailored to Your Growth:

• Free Tier ($0/month): Create your account, build out your operational constraints, and explore our Schedule Insights dashboard with absolutely zero financial risk. It’s completely free until you add your workforce.

• Starter Plan ($40/month): Designed for growing operations, supporting up to 10 workers at an industry-leading rate of just $4.00 per worker per month.

• Pro Plan ($150/month): Built for mid-sized dispatch and shift operations, supporting up to 50 workers while dropping the effective cost to just $3.00 per worker per month.

• Enterprise Plan ($500/month): Engineered for enterprise-scale coordination, supporting up to 200 workers at our most aggressive volume discount of $2.50 per worker per month.

No Hidden Fees. Every single pricing tier grants you full access to our core feature set, including the AI Auto-Scheduler, .ics calendar interoperability, and automated shift notifications.

Immediate Return on Investment (ROI) Relying on manual spreadsheets to coordinate a shift-based workforce inevitably creates hidden administrative bloat. ## Reviews

### "easy Scheduling" — 4.0/5

> **roy** | *23 April 2026* | Consumer Services | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Before Daywatch, manual shift scheduling was causing massive, unpredictable variances in our monthly labor costs due to entirely avoidable overtime and overstaffing errors. Daywatch's automated constraint-satisfaction engine allowed our operations team to strictly enforce labor budgets and compliance rules before the schedule is ever published. The reduction in administrative hours spent by our managers building schedules has effectively paid for the software multiple times over.
>
> **Cons**: Down the line, I'd like to see direct API integrations with heavy enterprise payroll platforms (like ADP or Workday). We currently review the final schedule directly in the manager dashboard alongside our payroll tools, which works perfectly fine, but a fully automated API sync would make it even better
>
> From procurement to deployment, Daywatch has been an incredibly high-yield investment. The transparent SaaS pricing model makes forecasting easy, but more importantly, the reduction in overstaffing and compliance risk had an immediate, measurable impact on our operational margins. We treat it as core infrastructure now
