> **Pros**: Easy to use and you can tell they gave a lot of thought into designing this. Also their customer service and turnaround is excellent, I asked for a couple of features and they delivered in a matter of days. I tried other lost and found providers and they didn't come even close to this level.

> **Cons**: Most likely they are a newer player in the market but from what I gather they do have a solid customer base

> The platform is very intuitive, not much need for onboarding or anything else. I've done a few tests myself before going live to our customers and only had one issue which was resolved fast. Since we went in prod, no issue.
