The memorandum brings together prioritized risks, quoted contract language, missing protections, relevant citations, negotiation questions, and recommended topics to raise with an attorney.

Buyers can choose a plan that matches the diligence event. Commercial Lease Review provides three uploads with 12-month access. FDD Scan provides three uploads with 12-month access and a 23-item FTC issue map. Searcher Sub provides five analysis credits each month for ongoing document review. Deal Pack provides 12 analysis credits over 90 days for one live acquisition.

Capabilities vary by plan. Eligible plans add an Executive Deal Verdict, Cross-Reference Map, Negotiation Points, Verified Sources, Ask Inkvex follow-up questions, multi-document workspaces, and Negotiation Rehearsal.
