Engineers complete jobs in the field from any device, recording results, logging time and materials, and attaching job and defect photos. Completed jobs feed straight into certificate and report generation, removing duplicate data entry. A built-in client portal lets customers view their own certificates, asset registers and upcoming inspection dates without contacting the office.
CertFlow is delivered as a web application accessible from desktop, tablet and mobile browsers, with nothing to install. Built-in import tools migrate existing registers from spreadsheets, Word documents and legacy job management systems, so firms can switch without rekeying their data.
On security, each organisation's data is fully isolated within a multi-tenant system, protected by role-based access and encryption of data in transit and at rest, with a complete audit trail behind every record to support the integrity that compliance work demands.
