Prime: $120 per year for up to 10 units. Above 10 units, Scale is $120 plus $24 per additional unit per year. A 20-unit portfolio is $360 per year. New paid subscriptions are billed annually, and the same paid features are included at every portfolio size.

The subscription covers software. Payment processing, screening and optional services have separate fees. Applicants and tenants pay screening and payment fees by default; landlords can choose to cover them. Optional Concierge services are quoted separately.
