Most scheduling tools hand you a booking link on someone else's domain. CelerBook gives every business a real booking website on its own subdomain, built in an editor instead of a fixed template: your own photo gallery, theme colours, staff profiles, service list, opening hours and cancellation terms, with a booking widget in Dutch and English. For many owners this replaces the website they never got around to building, and it is live the same day they sign up.

Behind that site sits the dashboard. A multi-staff calendar shows every appointment, working hours and time off in one view, with drag-and-drop rescheduling. Automatic email and SMS reminders cut no-shows, and you decide whether bookings are confirmed instantly or wait for your approval. Google Calendar sync puts every booking in your own calendar. Client cards keep visit history, spend and a reliability score, so you know who tends to cancel before you give away a Saturday slot. Reporting covers revenue, no-shows, missed revenue, occupancy, new versus returning clients and revenue per available hour, plus a VAT export per month, quarter or year as PDF or CSV for your accountant. Native iOS and Android apps let owners and staff manage the salon from the floor.

Who it fits best: solo professionals and teams up to roughly ten staff who want online booking, a presentable web page and readable numbers without paying a monthly subscription during quiet months. Who it does not fit: chains with multiple locations, or businesses that need stock, POS or payroll.

You pay EUR 0.25 excluding VAT per confirmed appointment. The first 5 appointments each month are free, every month, not just the first one. A month without appointments costs nothing.

Your bill is capped. The cap is EUR 30 excluding VAT per month for a solo business, plus EUR 5 for each additional staff member who completed an appointment that month. A two-person salon is capped at EUR 35, a four-person salon at EUR 45. Once you hit the cap, every further appointment that month is free.

Optional: SMS reminders add EUR 0.11 excluding VAT per appointment booked with SMS enabled. SMS is off by default and the surcharge is not capped. Email confirmations are included at no cost.
