Foji adapts to how different carriers structure their portals. For carriers such as Cigna, it searches individual procedure codes. For MetLife, Principal and others, it pulls the full benefit table. If a portal is down or returns an error, Foji flags it rather than guessing. The benefit override layer lets practices configure exactly what Foji writes back. It ignores irrelevant codes, sets defaults when a portal returns nothing, or locks specific codes to a fixed coverage value regardless of what the portal says.
