> Ofimood, the new name of Teneatalent, is a modular HR platform built in Spain for SMEs and mid-sized companies. It addresses two frequent frustrations in HR software: rigid processes that force teams to change how they work, and paying for large suites that are only partly used. The platform covers the employee lifecycle: time and attendance, vacations and absences, shifts, hybrid desk booking, onboarding, document management and digital signature, payroll publishing, expenses, whistleblowing channel, surveys, internal communications, ISO procedures management, IT asset inventory and ticketing. Each company starts with what it needs today and adds modules as it grows. For company-specific processes, the Ofimood Engine provides a customizable process builder without code: HR defines the steps of each process, who intervenes and what happens at each point. Support is provided by a team that knows each account setup. Certified under ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

> **Pros**: Lo que más me gusta de Ofimood es que nos permite centralizar muchas gestiones del día a día de RR. HH. en una misma herramienta y, al mismo tiempo, dar mucha más autonomía a los empleados.
Es una plataforma muy intuitiva y fácil de utilizar. Funcionalidades como el control horario, la gestión de vacaciones y ausencias o la reserva de puestos, salas y parking hacen que muchas tareas que antes requerían correos, Excel o consultas a RR. HH. ahora se puedan gestionar directamente desde la plataforma.
Desde el punto de vista de RR. HH., esto supone un ahorro de tiempo importante y, sobre todo, una mejor experiencia para el empleado. También me gusta que se pueda adaptar a los procesos de la empresa en lugar de tener que cambiar nuestra forma de trabajar para adaptarnos a la herramienta.

> **Cons**: Al tener bastantes funcionalidades, al principio necesitas dedicar algo de tiempo a conocer todo lo que ofrece y decidir cómo quieres configurar algunos procesos.
Por otro lado, hay funcionalidades que seguimos descubriendo y aprovechando poco a poco. Más que un inconveniente, diría que es consecuencia de que la plataforma cubre muchas áreas diferentes de RR. HH.

> Nuestra experiencia con Ofimood está siendo muy buena. Desde RR. HH. buscábamos sobre todo simplificar procesos, reducir tareas administrativas y conseguir que los empleados pudieran gestionar muchas cosas de forma autónoma, y en ese sentido nos está ayudando muchísimo.
Para mí, uno de sus puntos fuertes es precisamente tener en un mismo entorno cuestiones como control horario, vacaciones, gestión de empleados y reserva de espacios. Esto reduce bastante la dispersión de información y evita depender de diferentes herramientas para cada necesidad.
También destacaría la experiencia del empleado. La plataforma es clara y sencilla, por lo que la adopción por parte del equipo resulta bastante natural. Poder reservar un puesto, una sala o una plaza de parking fácilmente, consultar información o realizar determinadas solicitudes sin tener que pasar constantemente por RR. HH. mejora mucho el día a día.
En general, Ofimood nos permite dedicar menos tiempo a tareas administrativas y más tiempo a lo que realmente aporta valor desde RR. HH.: las personas.
