Why purchase Cloud Phone?

It is definitely cheaper than landline. It is good for small businesses as you can make multiple calls, collaborate easily with the team, and connect with your customers.

Pros

Allows you to make voice calls and create route calls. It has powerful features that helps you make connection with the customers provided you have an access to internet. It grants you a best functionality.

Cons

Its full functionality is dependent on your internet connection. Meaning, if you want a better service, you must also have a string internet connection. You must also thoroughly examine if you need this account as this is not for every business. Some businesses need more customize calling rather than a route calls and voice calls.

Everything i need all in a cell phone

Sometimes in the beginning i would not know what i was doing and then my phone call or whatever action I was trying to do would not go through but you just have to get to know what you're doing other than that I mean it's really not a bad program I would recommend it to anybody that is busy and over-the-road mainly it's really convenient like so you don't have to just be stuck in one office all day waiting for that business call

Pros

The pros of this software is that when you're over the road and it need to have someone take phone calls for you but you don't have anybody to work for you cuz you work on your own it's nice cuz you can reroute all of that to your phone you can transfer if you do have other people that work for you and it's all on one phone it doesn't cost any extra services

Cons

What I don't like about the service is that you you have to kind of get to know it really well to really make sure and feed it takes a while to understand it but once you get the hang of it everything is fine and it turns out it works pretty well it works over internet so it always use Wi-Fi connection

Voxox Poops on Existing Customers. Very unhappy

This company doesn't know how to do business. They changed their pricing model and wouldn't even grandfather in the existing customers so we could keep our current plan. We also use RingCentral which they have had several pricing changes over the years and not once have they increase my rates. I have been grandfather in to keep my existing plan and that is how your supposed to do business. Matter of fact because ringcental has added several new features over the years these features were also added to my account at no additional charge. I'm sorry but I can't stand by voxox when you have companies out there like ringcentral that actually care about their customers.

Pros

When I first signed more that 4 years ago they had a awesome printing structure and they were one of the few companies at that time offering text messages included in the service. They were very feature rich at the beginning.

Cons

They are not loyal to their clients. Buyer beware your prices will go up with no warning and their response will simply be "This is our new pricing model. Please feel free to look at other company's if you don't like it". I was paying $34 per month for my services and based on their new pricing model it went up to over $100 per month. Again buyer beware. The rate you have today will change in the future and they don't care about you. They only care about the money

Alternatives Considered

Grasshopper

Reasons for Switching to VOXOX

They had sms included and multiple virtual assistants included. After their pricing change I would never have chosen voxox as they priced themselves out of the market and don't have enough features justify the Hugh price hike

i use voxox for my taxi service it works very nicely

Very dependable software

Pros

This software is easy to setup, affordable , and very dependable. I really like how i can add alot of different options for forwarding options.

Cons

I do not like the sms feature of this software it forwards to an app. The app however does not notify you that you recieved a text with a sound just a bubble.

Challenges for sure...

For a starter phone system, it is OK. Likely that we will grow out of it as business grows.

Pros

Inexpensive, easy to set up online phone system which gives a professional face to your company. Forwards to mobile phones and allows employees to work from various locations.

Cons

Outbound call feature is greatly lacking, especially if your wi-fi connection is not extremely strong. Per minute fee on calls might also be prohibitive depending on your calling patterns. Integration with CRM is negligent.

Not for use outside major cities

Pros

I can't say because it never worked for us.

Cons

They didn't have phone numbers available in our local area code when we enrolled but they had some number "drying out" which were promised to be available soon. We had the service for over a year and were never able to get a satisfactory phone number, it always looked like we were calling from our state capital 3 hours away. This did not give us the home town feel we wanted.
