Who uses Saoma

Saoma fits independent day spas, wellness centers and hotel spas, from a single location to a group of fifteen. The typical customer has two to twenty treatment rooms, a mix of employed and freelance therapists, and a booking volume that has outgrown a shared calendar. Spa managers use it daily to build the planning and handle exceptions; therapists use the mobile app to see their day and confirm treatments; owners and group directors use the reporting to compare venues. Hotel spas get a specific fit: guest bookings can be charged to the room, and the dashboard separates in-house guests from external clients.

What it does

Everything runs off a single calendar. You see every booking by venue, by treatment room or by therapist, and you can create or move an appointment in a few clicks. Availability is not a static grid: it is recomputed in real time from your room capacity, your therapists' working hours and your venue opening hours, so the slots offered are slots you can genuinely deliver — including duo treatments that occupy two rooms and two therapists at once.

Your guests book online from a link or a QR code, with no account to create and no app to install. The booking page carries your own imagery, colors, wording and languages, so it reads as an extension of your brand rather than a third-party tool. Confirmations and reminders go out automatically by email and SMS in the client's language, which is where most of the no-show reduction comes from.

Your therapists get a mobile app they install straight from the browser. They receive new appointment requests, accept or decline them, consult their schedule and the client's details, and confirm the treatment once it is done. No printed planning sheet, no group chat, no phone call to check who is doing what.

On the money side, you can take payment online at booking, send a secure payment link by email or SMS, charge a treatment to a hotel room, or record an on-site payment. Everything is consolidated so you can reconcile revenue by venue, by therapist and by period, and see occupancy, average spend and cancellation rate at a glance.
