It is a solid product that has unlimited customization. It allows for so much user agency and independence. The customer service team and training on it was top-tier. It's absolutely worth using, and it's clearly one of the dominant softwares for documentation. It's HIPAA compliant. > > **Cons**: The user interface is a mess as a result of having so many options, features, and customization. You have to have a very large monitor to use it optimally, anything smaller than 24" and you need to adjust the zoom on your browser, but even then, the interface is messy. It is not intuitive to use, and can be really frustrating if you make a mistake/typo, but the admins usually take care of things quickly. After being acquired, Salesforce had changed the user interface to be more consistent with their other products. Unfortunately, a lot of the functionality that was on the old Work.com was taken away and now less user friendly. While you can run more extensive reports, it is very difficult and not easy to do. Our employees do not like using this system to complete performance reviews.
