> Cigati Email Backup Wizard is a software designed to help users back up and migrate emails from IMAP-enabled webmail accounts to various file formats and email platforms. It supports a range of email services, including Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL, Outlook, Hotmail, Zoho Mail, GoDaddy, AWS, and ProtonMail, among others that use the IMAP protocol.

The software allows emails to be saved in formats such as PDF, PST, CSV, MBOX, EML, DOC, DOCX, and MSG. It also enables direct export of webmail data to platforms such as Office 365, Gmail, G Suite, and other IMAP accounts through authenticated login. Batch processing is supported, allowing multiple mailboxes to be backed up simultaneously by uploading a CSV file with user credentials. Filtering options include a date range selector, duplicate email removal based on specific fields, and the ability to skip previously migrated items. Emails can also be backed up without attachments, with attachments stored separately in a designated folder.

The tool preserves folder hierarchy during migration and is compatible with all Windows versions from Windows XP to Windows 11. A server space management feature can delete emails from the source server after a successful backup. The software includes a user-friendly interface designed to simplify the backup process.
